The hotel is very well located in the Faria Lima area. The first Queen room we had old furniture and we then moved on to a higher room category, which was brand new and corresponds to the pictures you see online, so I recommend booking this if you can. We had issues with noisy neighbours the first night but the receptionist kindly agreed to move us to a new and better room. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to all sorts of good restaurants and the area felt very safe.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and I'll be back for sure. Location is great, rooms are great, well equipped and clean. The gym is also pretty good. It's the best cost-benefit hotel I stayed in Sao Paulo.

I received an upgrade and the room have being recentrly rebuilt. Compared to the previous experience at the same hotel the new room is much better

Excellent location. Property has just been renovated under new management, so it is a wonderful stay for the money at the heart of Sao Paulo. Highly recommend.
