INNSiDE by Meliá São Paulo Iguatemi

The hotel is very well located in the Faria Lima area. The first Queen room we had old furniture and we then moved on to a higher room category, which was brand new and corresponds to the pictures you see online, so I recommend booking this if you can. We had issues with noisy neighbours the first night but the receptionist kindly agreed to move us to a new and better room. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to all sorts of good restaurants and the area felt very safe.

I received an upgrade and the room have being recentrly rebuilt. Compared to the previous experience at the same hotel the new room is much better

I am writing to provide feedback on the clarity of the bedrooms during the night at your hotel. I recently stayed at your hotel for a business trip. Overall, I had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient.
